We are looking for a seasoned Senior Product Manager with experience building enterprise-level platforms to lead our Customer Accounts Platform team. Entrepreneurial mindset, with a bias toward action and customer focused innovation.Highly collaborative with excellent communication skills - able to manage stakeholders up, down, and sideways.3+ years of Product Management experience working closely with engineers, designers, and data scientists at a Consumer or B2B software company that has seen success at scale.You will build consensus across diverse teams through effective communication and facilitation techniques to solicit feedback from peers, partners, and leadership.You focus on the big picture to get strategic alignment and ensure a quality holistic experience that has no gaps while being responsible for translating the vision into discrete iterative deliverables.You will be a strategic contributor within your product space, leading problem solving across larger or more undefined product areas.You will partner with your Engineering, Data, and Design counterparts to analyze and understand the needs and motivations of our experts and align resources to solve core user problems. You will help shape the roadmap for our product and the process by which that roadmap is realized.You will work with stakeholders across the organization, and directly with our customers, to understand our business, our market, and the needs of our users.This role is responsible for key features that our clients use every day and thus you will be directly impacting the success of the company.
